Men do have a body language, but I think we reserve it for each other.
In the supermarket I was watching Mrs Me trying to decide between two (seemingly identical but apparently having a difference that mattered) products. I stand there bored and make eye contact with a guy also shopping with his wife. I do a half shrug and look up a little, he does that half smile and a nod. What have we said to each other?
Me: Look at this... What's the point?
Him: Beats me mate, we all have to go through this.
