Elton John

I am getting very good at hitting the mute button. I haven't heard more than a bar or two of any Elton John song for years.

In 2008 he advertised his South African Concerts as his first visit. However, in 1983 he did a concert at Sun City Casino a very whites only venue in that country under the jackboots of Apartheid evil. He was paid a million 1983 dollars for that.

I know it is totally ineffectual. I know he is unaware of my black ban, and unaffected by this but from the day I read that, I have not listened to more than the first few bars of his music.

Anyone who puts money before the misery and anguish of a country full of people doesn't produce anything I would call entertainment.
