 Roadwork speed signs.

I get that we should slow down when people are on the road working. Totally reasonable. What I object to is signs and cones everywhere when there are no workers in sight. They leave the signs up even over the weekend!

They should be fined, $1000 for every hour that unnecessary signs are in place.
