Persian Fetta

I need to preface this with an explanation for foreigners. IGA is a chain of small supermarkets which are in most country towns. They make an effort to engage with the community, but their range is usually limited and prices often high due to the freight costs.

As evidence that we are in the yuppie end of the country, our local IGA sells Persian Fetta Cheese.
