When I was single I used to have a seduction dinner menu that I would prepare from scratch.
The little round table was set with a dark pink tablecloth and then a smaller light pink one on top
The centre piece was a bowl of water in which, pink frangipani flowers were floating. Pink candlesticks and polished crystal glasses with polished silverware set the scene.
The first course was cold gazpacho soup with teeny tiny floating onion cubes. The main was spanakopita and a Greek salad. For desert we would have Chocolate mousse. The only thing I didn't make from scratch was the filo pastry.
The drink was usually a bottle of champers.
